Terms of Service
The rules of using KinderManage — for facilities, parents, and staff.
General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for providing electronic services through the KinderManage system and app. Using the app requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy — this is a condition of using the Service.
Scope of services
Within the Service we provide: a user account, children's records (basic data, attendance, meals, consents), internal communication (chat), billing and online payments, push notifications, and administrative functions for the facility. Which functions are available to you depends on the role assigned by the facility.
User account
A parent/guardian, teacher, or headmaster account is created by the facility or through an invitation — you don't register yourself without a connection to a specific facility. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for actions taken through your account.
Facility and KinderManage
The facility enters into a separate subscription (SaaS) agreement with us to use the Service. The subscription is billed through Stripe, outside the mobile app itself. Non-payment of the subscription on time may result in restricted access to the Service.
Accounts for parents, teachers, and headmasters
Using the account and the app's core functions is free for parents, teachers, and headmasters — the facility covers the cost of the Service through its subscription. You may stop using the app at any time; this doesn't affect your relationship with the facility outside the Service itself.
Online payments
The app lets you pay an invoice issued by the facility online, via Stripe (Przelewy24 — bank transfer and BLIK). The facility and the paying parent are the parties to the tuition transaction — we act as a technical intermediary, not a party to that relationship. Card details never reach our servers. A processing fee is added to online payments, always paid by the payer, shown before you confirm payment. As a fee-free alternative, the facility may provide a bank account number for a direct transfer.
Liability
We're responsible for the app functioning correctly as a technical tool. We're not responsible for the content or accuracy of data entered by the facility and users (e.g. the amount charged, the content of a child's records) — the facility is the controller and the party responsible for the accuracy of that content.
Complaints
We handle complaints about the app's functioning (technical errors, payment issues, account access) within 14 days of receiving them. Complaints about the substance of the facility–parent relationship (e.g. the tuition amount) should go directly to the facility.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for good cause — a change in the law, in the Service's functionality, or in our payment providers' terms. We'll let you know in the app and ask you to accept the new version before you can keep using the Service.
